Orientation Group Meetings
Throughout Orientation, you will have time set aside to meet with your Orientation Leader. All Orientation Leaders are current student leaders who are working with the Office of Orientation & First-Year Initiatives to assist new students with their entry into the university community.
Group meetings will provide you an opportunity to hear from a true expert on what life is really like on campus and will also allow you to have your questions answered in a small group format.
During Summer Orientation, you have the opportunity to meet one-on-one with a Financial Planner.
If documentation was requested from you (income tax returns, verification worksheet, loan application(s), etc.) and you have not yet mailed the requested documentation to the university, please print and bring the documents with you to your appointment.
Financial Planners will be on hand to review your financial options, assist with the completion of loan applications and entrance interviews, and to help you finalize payment methods.
During Summer Orientation, you will have the opportunity to complete a number of Check-In items. Completion of these items during the summer will allow you extra time during Wildcat Welcome to move into your residence hall room and participate in Wildcat Welcome programs.
Items that you will complete during Summer Orientation include:

Reserve your parking permit

Learn how to access jwuLink, usucceed and use the ULearn student scheduling system
