Spring Orientation is a mandatory program for all JWU Providence undergraduate students. Make sure to keep an eye on your New Student Task List for when registration opens!
All new students living on campus should plan to move into their assigned residence hall on Saturday, January 6th between noon and 4 p.m. Overnight accommodations will not be provided for commuter students during spring Orientation.
Check In for residential students begins on Saturday, January 6th at 5:30pm in the Pepsi Forum, located on JWU Providence’s Downcity Campus.
Check In for commuters begins on Sunday, January 7th at 10am in the John J. Bowen Center, which is also located on the Downcity Campus.

Are you an accepted, deposited student starting at JWU Providence in Fall 2024?
If so, plan to attend a Summer New Student Orientation session hosted in June. Registration for Summer Sessions will open early Spring!
